These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and ClickMaker IT SOLUTIONS for the RamBeacon website and commercial services. By purchasing a license, creating an account, or using the licensed desktop application, you agree to these terms and the License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The product
RamBeacon is a Windows system monitoring and developer productivity utility. It provides observational tools and approval-bound actions. It is not an antivirus, firewall, backup service, professional profiler, or guaranteed memory optimizer. It does not automatically terminate processes or delete files.
2. License, not sale
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the defined edition of the desktop application under the License Agreement. You do not acquire ownership of the software, source code, brand, or website. License transfers are disabled unless a separate written policy is published and the transfer endpoint is enabled.
3. Accounts and security
Account access uses email magic links. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity performed through your account. Do not share a license key or signed lease. Notify us through the contact form if you believe a key or account has been compromised.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the selected currency before checkout. India pricing is ₹499 for an annual license and ₹799 for a lifetime license. International pricing is $10.00 USD for an annual license and $19.99 USD for a lifetime license. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. The server validates the product, currency and amount against an active price configuration; a browser-supplied amount is never authoritative.
Payment processing is provided by Razorpay. You must be authorized to use the payment instrument. Currency eligibility, card-network rules, foreign transaction fees and settlement are governed by Razorpay, your bank and applicable law. USD checkout is available only when the payment account is approved for that currency. We do not silently substitute an INR charge when USD is displayed.
5. Delivery and activation
A license is issued only after the server verifies the payment signature, captures the payment, reconciles the amount and currency, and records the transaction. A checkout redirect or browser-provided success message alone does not grant a license. License keys are delivered to the email used at checkout and shown once after verification where possible. Device activations are limited by the published policy and enforced server-side.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. A refund may revoke or suspend the associated license. Chargebacks and duplicate payments are reviewed before entitlement changes.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use RamBeacon to gain unauthorized access to a device, account, network or data.
- Do not attempt to bypass activation, device limits, rate limits, or administrative authorization.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, conduct fraud, or interfere with another person's systems.
- Do not upload payment credentials, full license keys, or other people's personal data through support channels.
8. Third-party services
Optional AI analysis uses third-party model providers through OpenRouter when enabled by the user. Razorpay provides payments. Hosting, database and email providers support the website. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. RamBeacon does not control their availability.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or desktop product. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, every future feature, or compatibility with every Windows configuration. Security patches and critical fixes may be released without a separate feature entitlement.
10. Disclaimers
The software and website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. Resource observations are informational. Closing an application can discard unsaved work, and cleanup decisions remain yours.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickMaker IT SOLUTIONS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license for fraud, chargeback abuse, a material breach of these terms, or use that threatens the service or another person. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a support path. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence. The parties should attempt to resolve a dispute through the contact channel first.
14. Changes and contact
