- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (included with current Windows).
- Standard user account — no administrator elevation is required by the app.
- Up to 2 devices per Pro license, enforced server-side.
Install steps
- 01Download the installer and verify the SHA-256 hash.
- 02Run the NSIS installer for the current user.
- 03Launch RamBeacon and complete the first-run setup.
- 04Buy a license, then activate the device from the desktop app.
- 05Keep the license key in a secure place; the app stores the lease in OS-protected storage.
Build from source
npm install
npm run tauri:buildRequires Node.js 20+, Rust stable with the MSVC toolchain and Visual Studio 2022 C++ build tools. This produces an unsigned local build.

No bundled adware
The installer is built from this repository with Tauri. It does not include third-party install offers.
Checksum published
The website serves version, size and SHA-256 metadata from server configuration, not from a client request.
Store status honest
Microsoft Store distribution and automatic updates are planned work, not current capabilities.
