What to include
- Order ID or license key hint (never the full key).
- Windows version and RamBeacon version.
- The exact error code or message shown.
- Whether the issue is activation, delivery, or the app itself.
Security reports
Choose the security topic and describe the affected endpoint or desktop surface. Do not include working exploit data for another person, payment credentials, or a full license key. We will acknowledge the report through the contact channel.
